Parallel Rhythms
Castle Hill School has been awarded funding by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation to lead a group of five Kirklees schools on an Art, Music and light project, Parallel Rhythms. We are one of just eight organisations across the country to be awarded this funding and are excited about the creative journey ahead for both students and teachers.
We will be working in partnership with the Arts organisation The Colour Foundry on the Parallel Rhythms project for a two-year period. The project will include a series of activities including Away Days and blended learning sessions for teachers, class-based workshops and a mini school residency for students to participate in and enjoy. The project will strive to embed inclusion and celebration of individuality through creativity.
